Cervecería Boulevard: brewery bar founded in 2005 and mainly dedicated to craft beer.
FLOU FLOU Disoñadores Asociados is a design studio that was set up in Valencia in 2007 by the designers Alberto Flores and Mireia Juan. Their work focuses on developing and applying design thought, tools and projects always from a multidisciplinary approach and tackling concepts like habitat, environmental responsibility, collective intelligence, co-creation, participation, reconfiguration and open design.
To disseminate and extend the culture of craft beer, thus promoting Cervecería Boulevard as a reference for specialists and beer lovers. It offers nine beers on tap (refrigerator kegs) and 40 bottled beers, including both local and imported beers.
Cervecería Boulevard had for a long time thought of producing its own craft beer to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the opening of its establishment. Flou Flou D.A. suggested that it do so in a participatory manner by taking into account the social dimension of the business to produce a completely local recipe and product, containing the aroma and knowhow of the people of Irún.
In order to do this, various dynamics were generated in which a group of 10 users/suppliers/people related to creating the beer and defining its attributes was involved each time.
The result was a beer that was jointly defined by a conceptual development that encompassed the product’s creation and launch.
