A total of 5 industrial companies from Irun are participating in IrunLab Industria 2016, presenting various research challenges to work on with artists over a three-month period. These challenges are diverse: to improve internal and external communication, to diversify business, to expand markets, to design marketing and team motivation strategies and to create ongoing improvement and innovation in the organisation and product.
The goal of these Creative Maxi Pills is to introduce creativity into companies through co-creation processes with artists and creative people. During this edition, the team from Conexiones improbables are helping the companies to redefine their challenges by using the dynamics of Improbable Challenges, a pack of methodological cards that are allowing the participants to conduct relevant work for their organisations by using visual thinking tools.
The project is co-funded by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa as part of its programme to boost local employment.
