EVENT
The goal of the conversation is to discuss and point out the contribution of Bioeconomy, Food and Health to the building of a beautiful, sustainable and inclusive Europe. The background of the experts involved in this parallel dialogue range from academia (affordable food production and biotechnology, gastronomy, sociocultural dynamics), to research institutes (digitalization of the agri-food sector, sustainable and circular food production) and private companies or free-lance professionals (health insurance and social security; personal development through art and culture). So, multidisciplinarity, cross fertilization and hybridization will be the key words for an open, frank and effective discussion with the aim of developing a manifesto with the main highlights.

María Mora. Researcher in sensory analysis of food, wine, and gastronomy of the Basque Culinary Center.
Marianke Grootjans. Co-founder of The Languages of Energy, they work on social transformation and personal development through art, sound, food and healing.
Mieczysław Obiedziński. Full Professor in Food chemistry. Institute is on the EFSA list of competent Institutions in the field of food safety and risk assessment.
Raffaele Giaffreda. Chief IoT Scientist on Digitalisation/Internet Of Things applied to agro-food production.
