The Hibrilaldiak programme began with the launch of three open calls (two in 2015 and one in 2016) aimed at groups of people, associations, collectives and companies in the area of influence of the Capital Territory. The Hibrilaldiak edition (one in 2015 and two in 2016) began after the pairs were formed (collective + different other).
