The Improbable Consultancy we carry out is a methodology combining traditional consultancy dynamics with others of applied creativity that have been conceptualised, developed and successfully tested in organisations of all types, sectors and places.

We therefore conduct participatory processes that usually lead to the formation of a Strategic Reflection Group and Steering Group in which we apply a variety of methodological resources, such as tools like Workshops, to which we can add a Broad Group, Creative Pills, AuzoLabs, etc. It is also common for us to combine methodological resources from various Workshops in the dynamics of the Steering and Broad Groups. All of this depends on the type of project we are going to conduct.

Improbable Consultancy is designed to provide:

We have completed Improbable Consultancy projects with institutions and public entities, private organisations from different sectors, clusters, etc.

Some examples include the creation of the Strategic Plan for Culture for the Alava Provincial Council (see project), a project completed around the General Strategiy of Lanbide, the Basque Employment Service (see project), and the Strategic Famework and Revitalisation of the Alava Alliance for Sustainable Development 2030 (see project).
