Pernod Ricard Bodegas. Leader of the worldwide valued Spanish wines, the group has six warehouses distributed in four locations with certificate of origin and its wines are commercialized in more than 70 countries.
CHALLENGE
Laying the foundations of a system of management of the innovation which will promote the participation of the workers in Donostia's and Logroño's offices. The innovation department is at this moment launching most of the innovation projects that are generated from the company; it is a question of thinking a platform or a device that would facilitate the generation of innovative projects and / or contributions to existing projects by a significant number of workers of the company. The use of musical tools in the development of the project will be taken into consideration.
