Artikistas, a group that arose from an encounter between people of various professions that conducts research into and promotes cultural transformation processes.

To rethink social dynamics from an inclusive perspective.

Virginia Imaz. Work areas: actress, clown, oral narrator, “clownclusionista”, educator, scriptwriter, stage director, teacher of adult continuing education.
She is a trainer of trainers and the founder and artistic director of the Oihulari Klown theatre company. She worked for nearly three years in the show La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil and has worked with over 20 theatre groups as an educator, actress, scriptwriter, stage director and/or adviser on mask theatre.

Virginia Imaz suggests placing the emphasis on the diversity of the group, because she believed that this is where the wealth of the collective resided, as well as on the understanding between people. Therefore, her aim was to promote active, empathic listening among these people, guiding them in the creation of their own story.

The results were varied: managing to increase awareness about where they were and how far they wanted to go; learning to understand the differences of the people who made up the group without obsessing about consensus, and rethinking success.
