ORGANISATION
The aims of Bizi Bide, the Gipuzkoa association of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, is to promulgate the needs and wants of this group of people and to demand their rights. It also works to achieve a better quality of life for them.
CHALLENGE
To rethink how to structure and manage the programme of activities so as to attract the interest of its members.
IMPROBABLE COLLABORATOR
Albert Soler creates and develops projects connecting culture, communication, education and social awareness. On a more personal level, he has always been associated with amateur theatre companies and the world of performance.
PROCESS
Conduct some fieldwork so that, through the use of a series of dynamics, the association members sympathise with and discover each other’s interests and motivations. In order to do this, Albert Soler made use of methodologies based on theatre techniques and visual thinking, as well as others associated with user experience design (design thinking, bodystorming, user travel...).
All the stages of the process recorded via visual maps, photographs and other media to help other communities with similar problems to respond.
RESULT
Informational campaign in Gipuzkoa on Central Sensitization Syndrome World Day with the aim of providing information about its symptoms and demanding that it is fully recognised.
