Emun. The main purpose has is the development of Basque Country and language (euskera) by. It provides advisory and management services.

CHALLENGE

To identify mechanisms, attitudes in order than the workers: would be able to rethink, together with the customers, ways of relating among them and working, breaking with established routines and focusing on tasks that provide more value and would know how to be receptive and or identify new needs  customers may have beyond the service already offered.

Ixiar Garcia has a Degree in Fine Arts and specialises in creative processes for social innovation. The founder of We Are Pink Gorillas, she develops and explores ways to maximise creative expression and creatively empower people in the fields of education and work.

RESULT

Artistic exercises will be done in order to explore the creative capacity of the persons who complete the workgroup. Exploring the sensibility of each one and sharing it with others, to transform the ideas we have on us as well as the ones related to the group. Often we look with prejudices, do not admit the creative capacity of the others and do not give it as much time as it needs so that it would go transforming without a break.

To do this exercise, it is useful to observe the conditions, both the visible and invisible ones surrounding the creation process: the space, the material work, relationships, prejudice...; good and bad ideas, communication, our mechanical attitudes...

In most of the cases the artistic exercises will be performative. We will work on them relating the language and action, joining what we think and what we feel, to look for new formulations and results.
