Workshop Improbable Innovation Focus

 

The Improbable Innovation Cluster Workshop is designed for members of the same organisation (company, team of an institution, sectoral group, etc.) to work on defining their strategic challenges and/or determining their innovation challenges.

It is based on our own methodological resource known as the Improbable Challenges tool, a game of visual thinking based on hexagonal cards on which we work to build ‘organic molecular maps’ that help us to define the main focus of the organisation. This technique is often complemented with other techniques, such as Osterwalder and Pigneur's generation of a business model canvas or our own consultancy tools.

The organisation can use an Improbable Innovation Cluster Workshop to define its strategy or set its innovation challenges. This is because each side of the cards is actually a different methodological resource. This Workshop is therefore very useful when working on the strategic plans of companies, as well as those of institutions defining the public policies of territories.
